Default Today - an exciting new electrical problem

Was refitting my NA3 today, and had a problem where it simply wouldn't power up, so grabbed meter and started prodding around the ISO power connector as you do.

Which might have gone much better if the meter hadn't been previously used as an ammeter == pretty much a direct short.

Anyway, one blown fuse 11 later (now replaced) I now have a functional NA3, however neither key will remote lock/unlock the car, when I put a key in the ignition and turn to position 1 or beyond all the doors unlock. The console lock button will work, but only with the engine running and if I lock the car on the key in the driver door then that's literally all it locks - no triggering of the central locking at all.

Add to this the drivers door switchpack won't activate any of the windows, however the other 3 doors switches will run their respective windows.

So, any idea what I'm likely to have knackered, and how dreadful/expensive it's going to be to fix?

(Yes, I know I'm a complete pillock for not making sure the meter wasn't wired as an ammeter before trying to do voltage tests)

And after standing on my head with a headlight and a printout of the fuse box it is.....

Me being a prat - having "relocated" fuse 32 when I was hunting for the blown one earlier.

It's not my fault! I don't have a Connoisseur SE SE VERY SE Automanual Petrodiesel V8/6/i4 turbo! There's empty slots in the fusebox!

It's been one of those days.
