Rover 75 CDTi Connoisseur
For Sale Just MOT'd 15/07/23 No advisories or minor defects.
1993 Automatic Rover 75 CDTi 2.0 Connoisseur. British Racing Green (HFF) with Deep Sea Green seating, steering wheel and carpets. I am the second (2nd) owner of this vehicle and I have owned it since 28/06/19. Bought our of Colliers Wood, London FIRST (1st) owner was a surgeon. Who seemed to be a bit careless with it. as It has had some repairs and paint work done. Unfortunately due to my ill health the vehicle had sat since late '21. It became neglected to be honest. However most recently, I have work carried out and today 15/07/23 it passed it's MOT without and advisories or defects. The vehicle has only failed MOT once. Number plate light out, headlight alignment, and headlamp jet washers, which were working fine, the test just didn't know the sequence. Recent work carried out for MOT: Due to sitting the battery was flat and numpty crossed the polarity twice! this damaged the instrument cluster, hence: a New cluster was purchased from Rimmer Bros £ 610. New track rod ends (outer), Front drop links, PCV valve, both auxiliary belts, EGR cleaned and blanked, front brake pad's, rear brake pads, front hand brake cable, both rear hubs and bearings, 2 new springs, top suspension bearings. That's all I can remember. Tyres all round are good. The BMW M47 engine is in top condition, as is the Jatco automatic transmission. All gear changing is smooth, the kick down excellent. The car is showed a little looking better condition as in the photo's but that's today phone photo's. Saying that headlining is a little low in places, as mentioned previous the body work has had some work done in the previous years, but not in my ownership. Passenger door, and other little bits need attention nothing major. Should any 75ZT forum member have interest in the UK, I am happy to pay half the cost of delivery to Cairnryan or Birkenhead. All payments must be cleared first. £1850 |
