Well the pigeon is still in the blocked up bedroom chimney I thought it have got out as I've not heard anything for over a day.


I was on my gaming PC next to the chimney & I heard it flapping in there and the cats going berserk


So cat basket out of the garage & a Stanley knife to cut a square through the plasterboard AGAIN and place the cat basket over the hole.



I could see it up the chimney out of reach with a torch & mirror so I prodded it with a cane & as it fell down I tried to grab it only to have a handful of tail feathers and a black face, it's climbed up to a bit of a ledge out of reach again, bleddy bedroom is covered in soot so it can stay in there another day as my back is cream crackered bending down to look up the chimney breast


Corned beef hash for tea with pickled beetroot

It's getting wild n Windy out there now, It's been raining all day & I dare say by morning the garage will be soaking wet in there I've been on the Deutsche Bahn on freight duties wi a load of Audi's from the plant to Gemunden sidings this evening & not a bottle of Henry's in the house to take my mind off that bleddy pigeon. They look like the new e-tron
