Hi folks, I have arrangements so to make tomorrow but my Dad is a little bit unwell so I might not be there - not sure at the moment.

having only taken ownership of my first ever Rover yesterday, i'd have loved to have come along to todays meet, it's only down the road from me too. unfortunately, the car won't be taxed until tomorrow (change of taxation class, so need the Post Office) so it's not worth risking getting caught untaxed.

Shame, as i could have used the other members knowledge with these cars etc, i hope the next meet isn't too far off

how often is the meet at The Star? i'd prefer to come along with the car, it's easier if i need help and advice, i'm not as mechanically minded as i used to be, so it's probably easier just to point to something rather than trying to explain something i know little about

Currently every month, but the venue may alternate with another pub in future. See here: http://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/foru...d.php?t=204721

As others have already said, you'd be made welcome whatever you happen to be driving on the day.
