Thanks Phil,

Having had cats for many years and also volunteering at the rescue it is something we have to deal with, never makes it any easier though .

This is Willow, we rescued her around 18 months ago, she was so thin and had just had a litter of kittens, everyone wanted a kitten, I fell for her, and she has proved she for us.

She is one of the most devoted cats I have known, with her daily offering of a dead mouse or shrew, her want for a morning cuddle and her love of sitting in my 75 whilst I potter around. Oh and her desire for 'Dreamies'

Thanks Paul,

It is something all pet owners have to deal with but the joy they bring outweighs the sadness when they part.

Willow is a lovely looking girl Keith, rescue cats and dogs make great companions and what better way to gain a new family member

So sad to read this Jeff - hope you & Ros are both OK. It's so easy to get attached to your pets, and then so hard to say goodbye. I dread anything happening to our "Jones" (as it surely will at some point).

Take care,

Cliff

Thanks Steve,

It's still a bit strange and sad not seeing him about the place.
