Prince Andrew and police protection

If Prince Harry cant have police protection, does that mean Andrew cant?.

I expect there will be those that dislike the Royal Family but we are talking peoples lives. Are these two, targets?
Is there any status in killing Andrew as he is no longer HRH but is the son of a Queen? Harry is still an HRH but does not do Royal duties.

I would have thought William was the more likely to be a target.

I assume private security in the UK cannot carry guns, hence why Harry wants the Police.

Perhaps our families are not so messed up after all
