35mm Camera Equipment
I've finally opened some boxes that I've had in storage for a while and found my old camera equipment.
I'm never likely to use it, but has it got any use or value ? It's a Practica Super TL1000 Pentacon auto 1.5/50 Lens Access SQ 1:4.5 200mm Lens and a Sunpak Softlite 2000A Flash I believe it's all in good working order. Any thoughts or suggestions, or is it a case of listing it on eBay ?

BEWARE - I did get a number of enquiries asking me to post some of the stuff to Eastern Europe (which is where Praktica came from to be fair) - DON'T, it's nearly always a scam. I would put a restriction on the items saying "UK despatch only".

One of the main attractions of older gear like this, is that sometimes the kit will have a really top quality lens among it's items. People will buy the lot just for one lens. The lens may be fully manual, but have superb optics.
I would just look on ebay and see the going rate on each part of the kit. I have a collection of older lenses I use on my DSLR It is a shame that really nicely looked after gear can have a low resale value i many cases. Maybe you have a hidden gem in there.
