Default Happy now

Supposedly they posted on their facebook page, can someone confirm it?

Well I hope everyone that complained about TOAF is happy now, they have apparently suspended development until further notice, largely as a result of the treatment they got here.

Well done we are now public enemy no1 in the MG Rover community.

Now that is a shame!
No doubt some will be happy but as I have said all along the program is good and a useful tool bar a couple of small bugs.
Pity

EDIT, Nothing on the TOAF website though!!!!

That's going to do club credibility absolutely zero.

It's an early project, an exciting one, and you would think people would want something developed Luke vagcom etc.

Yes it's early days but still, it's software they where developing slowly.

Can't get over this.

My apologies I had to edit it as I understand that it is not allowed to link to other forums.

It's on their Facebook page.

So the dummy has been spat out and they are trying to blame others and not listen to what has been told to them time and time again.

The club made its feelings clear and the TOAF developers didn't abide by the rules of the club? I dont see how its the clubs fault and if they want to spit their dummy out, so be it. We all know where their website is don't we??

God i'm sick to the back teeth of hearing about TOAF.

Actually, I don't think the club did.

They could have made it clear re the trader status of the poles but they didn't.
They could have actually moderated the posts and kept things on subject but they didn't
They could have sanctioned individuals who deliberately posted off topic and inflammatory remarks but they didn't. ( including I might add the poles!)

Instead it was just left to fester.

If only they had done those three simple things...

But still, such is life.

So nomore toaf discussions, some people happy, some people not and normal service will be resumed eventually.

I've just looked at their facebook page, and nothing there about stopping/suspending development. No posts at all from what I can see since 22nd April.

You could always tell whoever it is that is holding a gun to your head and forcing you to read the threads about TOAF to stop making you read (and post in) them.

this was posted yesterday on there Facebook page, I hope this is not because of the hassle they have been given in certain on-line forums. I know if TOAF was my product and it was ripped to bits by certain individuals I would be looking for legal recompense.

It seems freedom of choice just got slashed to bits
