Auto Gearbox
I have searched via the google search but cant find any answers.
When I am pulling away as we get to about 1700 rpm the gearbox light comes on and i lose power, it goes off straight away and changes up and as long as I lightly accelerate it will carry on running at least to 40mph, but as soon as i put my foot down a little bit quicker the light comes on and I lose power. Any ideas please. Peter

Sounds like the box is low on oil.

can anyone give me in nice easy terms how to check and replace auto fluid. i have read a bulletin but cannot figure out how to refill or test level.
Its annoying as the car passed its MOT yesterday without any advisories and then played up on the way home.
