I can not remember the length of hand, as most of them I did and the alloy tube was of differing lengths and from different cars I cut them to suit, so it is best to measure twice cut once, even cut a bit longer if you have to, and then remove a little more if need be Arctic.

Hi Pedro. Shawn will not answer you as he was banned from the forum, therefore if you go down his route you will have to go with the sizes he already stated

I recently revisited the mod i did back when this thread was started, i may fit it to my tourer if i do then i will let you know how it goes, the first one i had on my other tourer was there until i sold it and as far as i know it still is.

Alloy boost pipes always look good but what are the costs of them? I ask as the silicon replacement pipes only cost £45 new for the early NON sensor in pipe type and £55 for the for the type shown above.

If you look at post #40 in this thread I used a bmw 5 series e60 e61 3.0td cooler pipe. It is still fitted to my Tourer. I fitted it in July 2014 and I have not had any trouble with it and my Tourer is my daily car I us most days. So I think and Thanks to Arctic it is a good mod to do and worth doing.
Thanks Steve for all you do and to help us all.
