I ordered my cam belts, water pump, thermostat etc. On the 9th March and I’m still waiting. I’ve even got my credit card statement in showing the charge of £264 92
I know they say delivery is between 3 & 6 days but I’m sorry this simply isn’t good enough in today’s market place.

To add insult I’ve waited in the house for the last three days on the delivery
I’ve used this company several times before but if this is the level of service to expect I will think twice in future.

Sorry Matt you need to look for a better delivery company.

Last month I ordered a tow bar for the Merc at 11.00am. It was delivered at 10.00am the following day and no carriage charge BTW.

Hello Jim,
I appreciate it's taken far longer than ideal - I've refunded the delivery charges now.

We're in the middle of a home move, hence the extended delivery times and no option for Express Delivery - our warehouse is quite a way from where I'm living at the moment, so I can't get there every day as I used to.

It doesn't help that the courier didn't seem to want to collect the package from us for several days, but it's due on Monday. My apologies for the delay.

Grab a carry out with the delivery refund, you know it makes sense...!

I think so too... but it'd affect productivity!
I just found my local Aldi has started selling a beer called Seven Giraffes - a fantastic brew, and worth a punt if anyone is into 'beer exploring' as I am.

i had the same problem with my last order as well and agree with your sentiments, but they got here in the end.
