Default Slough caves

I've lived around Slough / Berkshire all my life, and have only just found out it has a massive cave system

... acording to this site. ..

Does seem strange it's never hit the headlines or local papers. Has anyone else heard of them?

Hmmm "treacle seams at 4,300 feet" slightly suspect I would say. They are usually found at much greater depth.

Being made open to the public from as early as April 2008 might be a clue

I've just sent the wife to visit them, should keep her out of the way for a few days (or weeks).
