I want a new job. It needs to be interesting and as far away from a suit and tie as possible. No public transport would be preferable. So any ideas all?

My wife works for hospital in dental dept. deals with accidents and facial rebuilds as well as complicated extractions. I won't detail some of the stories involving teeth and horse kick injuries etc
