Good morning Phill, I am sorry for you loss. Having graphic pictures sent to via email of someones death that you know is I think horrifying. But at least their is some solace in the fact that he died quickly.

We're off to a local farmers' market at Saltburn this morning - I've told Angela that if there are no decent bids for me, she has to bring me home again

Seriously, the farmers' market always has a couple of people selling gluten-free stuff, so we tend to top-up the larder whilst we can
