Stick a few drops of Olbas oil on your pillow at night and some more in a saucer of hot water and leave in the room.
That helps during the night as well.

Went to shop only to find the asian shopkeeper had peeled off the sell by dates on the bread , he had the cheek to wish me a happy new year , no wonder I look like my sig pic.
