What I did with my Rover 75/MG ZT today?
Replaced oil, air, fuel, pollen & Pcv filters.
Checked plenum when I was doing pollen filter- still as dry as a bone😃. Changed onto the winter tyres in anticipation.😣 Had a cup of tea.

Took the ZT for a Terraclean session this morning at Ace Car Car in Shrewsbury......and it does make a difference. Engine appears to be quieter and definitely more responsive.

What I did today - well, yesterday actually
Stripped the front off ready for fan motor resistor from Jules - also needs one of his shannon tubes. All thanks to Russ' analysis and Dave Stocks' advice.
One power steering oil cooler bracket found broken. |

Not strictly 75/ZT, but picked up another 620ti for spare parts. She's had a good life (one of my old cars, in fact!) with over 220,000 miles on the clock, but the time has come.

Drove my new ZTT CDTi to work today.... drives well but with the synergy (Ron box?) the fuel economy is pants compared to Clarabelle which has the same engine but with the 160...
I clocked 23 mpg from a standing reset when I would normally expect 35 on a 10 mile commute run on a cold morning.... cant wait to see Phil this weekend...

I drove right through the Lake District, early this morning, and had a terrific drive, on very quiet roads.

Full fluids change on mine today (oil & filter, gearbox and power steering). Steerings lovely and smooth now and so is the gear change
New track rod ends fitted also as N/S one had completely gone! Exhaust refitted properly so it's now not touching the underside and clunking! FOC fitted Hard brake lines and various other parts underneath all wire brushed and either stone-chipped or Waxoyl'd |

Drove it....loved it!
Drove my ZT-T for the first time in a week today up thru the lower part of the peak district, some spirited driving on empty roads through Matlock, Bakewell, over to Baslow, Barlow and back to Chesterfield...absolutely loved it after a serious bout of the Flu, it was just what I needed....
