So, I have been upto a few things recently; I've fitted a new half leather & walnut gear knob, xenon headlights and replaced the handbrake compensator (thanks Arctic!!).
Also had the MoT today, passed first time with the rear brake pipes as an advisory due to corrosion. |

I finally fitted my modified handbrake compensator an. Adjusted my drums. Now have a 3 click handbrake it doesn't hand great, so still need to strip, clean and scour the drums, but at least the actuation of it sorted.
Sadly, found exactly how much water has leaked in and soaked into the carpet foam, which is now drying in the garage On the plus side, found £4.47 in change lol

Fixed both front seat seatbelts and pre-tensioners
Lovely wash and clean inside pulled one of the door handles off (unintentional)

Priced up the bits I need for the ZT-T to pass it's MOT, and washed the ZS and 620ti yesterday.
A bit cold for washing cars, though!

We went to near Sheffield this weekend to give it a proper run.
Filled it up Saturday morning with the Shell super unleaded, drove M5, M42, A42 then M1 to hotel in Todwick. Visited auntie in Whitwell (twice), then drove home today and refilled it. Round trip of 324 miles and got 36.25 MPG in the V6 (brim to brim,38.1 on IPK), well please with that!! Did have to wash it though, got covered in salt from the roads What's with all the 50 MPH limits on the M1, looks like they are replacing the armco on the hard shoulder. My average speed for the trip was 53.2 MPH.
