Bright and sunny now, still cool though. Tempted me into the garden to cut back the roses. As per usual drew blood numerous times, called it quits when I raked a big thorn down the back of my hand and it would not stop bleeding (thank you blood thinners). Had to go in and put the largest plaster I have on it, always keep a supply. Tidied the tools up, only a couple of roses still to do.

Cool

Evening all.

Been a beautiful day, lovely and warm. Got the washing out on the line.

Took the wee car over the border into England and visited Homebase then into Halfords. Then drove towards Plymouth City Centre and found a Hobbycraft store. Bought a few bits. Back home via the garden centre to collect some plants.

Home, had a coffee. Then into the garden to sort out the strawberry bed, done some weeding. Planted out the plants.
The washing was dry, so got that in and put away.

My neighbour gave me some slices of cold roast beef. So a roast dinner was got ready. Bloomin ansum. Nice cup of tea to round off of the day. No more falling down water for awhile as I’m on new tablets.

Back to Lotus building tomorrow.

That's what I've been doing this afternoon too, It's been a beautiful afternoon. I bought a branch lopper with extendible handles from ALDI this morning, Good strong made in Germany pair , Some clown ruined the other pair & bent them......cough.....me & they never worked the same again. Managed to get one scratch from the rose bush & as I'm on blood thinners too it bled like a pig so did well

Good morning.

The rain is back, but at least my new plants will get a watering.

Spicy chicken casserole on in the slow cooker.

Morning all,

You'll be pleased to know that it is wet, damp and miserable here too

Was meant to be in Colchester for work this morning but rain has stopped play!

Miss Molly is happy to have another lazy day in the warm

I feel capping your chimney off might be in order Ian
