Default Changing scuttle panel

Hi looking to change my scuttle panel and I am sure there was a how to but searching I can’t find it, so any help on a walk through ?

Found Arctics old one with the images removed, are there anymore or is it simply follow his text

I swapped them over between my ZT and 75 a few months back.
You have to be very careful getting the retainers out. It is very easy to ping one into the undergrowth never to be seen again.

Remove the 7 retainers with a small bladed screwdriver, take the rubber seal off the edge towards the engine, take the two inspection panels out and remove both wiper arms.

The wiper arms are held on with a nut but will then have to be manipulated and jiggled until they come free of the spindle.

Its then just a case of extract the scuttle from around the open bonnet.

masking tape on the retaining clips works a treat for this

It is not gloss primer .............. it is duct tape silver!

Was about to post the same thing, but you beat me to it. A strip of tape along all the fasteners and if they ping out, they don't get lost .
