Spares or repair ZT '53 £450
Welcome to my MG ZT..selling with great regret for spares or repair (the Whole car ). my intention was to sell it as a runner but while waiting for my private plate to be transfered it developed an engine fault which i have tried to get fixed at the garage. they tell me that the high pressure fuel pump has gone and i see no point in replacing this myself when i was intending to sell the car anyway.
It has 10 months MOT but no tax, 176198 miles most of which are motorway, has had regular services and service history, minor knocks and scratches age related and 2 keys. the driver seat bolster has a tear in it which happens on all zt and a dent on the passenger side rear sill (was there when bought the car) In the past four years of owning the car many of the normal wear and tear parts have been repalced, to included: stainless steel proflow exhaust...not a loud boy racer one just a nice throaty rumble, full clutch with slave and master cylinder discs and brake pads all round both front lower suspention arms, steering rack ends and drop links all shock absorbers engine lower rear mount EGR bypass, eliminating clog up Battery Radiator fan upgrade ( the resistor burns out on the older ones) Air con condensor Features are Climate dual control air con elec widows all round half leather seats alarm and immobilizer 5 18" alloys ( yes the spare is a alloy as well ) Crystal clear side indicators As you can see this car has been cared for, if you should require any more info please contact me and i will get back to you ASAP view on ebay for photos http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MG-ZT-Trop...item2c7afe16aa __________________

Have a free bump Chris.
Mine is the trophy blue tourer often parked a few doors up from yours (at my father in laws). I have to say its a shame about the pump on the car as it never looked anything other than immaculate whenever I have seen it. If I had the space on my drive, I'd be considering buying it and doing the pump. Are you sure its the high pressure pump? It could just be the very common in tank pump. All the best, Dave |
