Hi Bob, the scratches and chips are just cosmetic damage which can be repaired by the next owner or by yourself if you want to.

8K is allot to lay out at this time of the year, not long after Christmas when money is tight for many people. When I worked in the NHS, I was be paid just before Christmas and then had to wait again until the last Wed of January. Cash was tight and I bet it has not changed.

8K is good money for a great car. If I was lucky enough to own such a wonderful car as yours Bob, I would leave it a while longer before selling.

I expect to keep the V8 a bit longer. I'll no doubt drop the price a bit at the end of the month.

I am back on 9 March and planning to go to the National for the 17th but have to be back in SA for the beginning of April and will miss POL

What a shame you are selling Blue Thunder and that I am tied into my old S reg otherwise I would take Blue off your hands.

Dropping the price is a move in the right direction Bob

You could try everywhere like dot org, classic cars, piston heads to name a few for selling.
