The pedal itself feels fine and the biting point and pulling off is fine it's just the actual pushing the gear stick into 1st/2nd that feels knotchy (not sure if that's a real word) and crunchy

In that case it sounds like the slave cylinder isn’t doing it’s job properly!

Does the gear change feel ok when the engine is off?

It didn't have this exact issue before, until the clutch pedal hit the floor the gear changes were fine and after all gears and pulling off were crunching,

What could this mean I'm thinking it may mean new box but I can't understand why it didn't have these issues before the clutch pedal?[/QUO

In my opinion don't keep driving it while it's not working perfectly, give it back to the garage whom did the work to rectify what ever they did wrong, what warranty was you given, who did the job, what clutch system did they use.

He's having it back on Monday as when I picked it up the fuel pump is making one hell of noise and sometimes doesn't start which it wasn't doing before either I can only get it to start if I go and wiggle the connector on top, so I will get him to look at the gear issue as well why he has I'm just trying to find as much information as I can before I take it back to him so I can pile a load of questions, and I'm pretty sure it was an Luk clutch and flywheel but can't remember 100% I have the receipt at home I will look
