What, and spoil all our fun?
Ronnie and I have known each other many a year and we are both too quickly reaching retirement age, we never miss an opportunity to have a bit of banter. .
You may notice it happens a lot on here, along with this place being a mine of info.

Interesting to see yours is wedgwood JEL and yet plated JBH I assume it has the black sills and black bottom trim on the front and rear bumpers too.

I do prefer JEL to be honest....

The rest of us think of stocktake and suzublu as the forums equivalent of Stadler and Waldorf...

The JEL quote came from the MG Rover info site and someone pointed out that it contains inaccuracies. The VIN plate is stamped JBH. When I recently sourced a replacement offside wing, the donor car, which was an 02 Reg and JBH, had been fitted with a bonnet from a Cowley specimen; it was a couple of shades darker than both wings.

My car came off the production line on Friday 16th August 2002, so is of Longbridge pedigree. The sills and the other parts you refer to are all body colour.

Interesting, colour coded sills is a definite JBH thing.
