Question Front hub nuts - torque question

I'm replacing the front springs & dampers, plus the top mounts & bearings. I was planning on taking the whole lot off in one go, complete with the hub assemblies - as Jules suggests in post 2 here.

According to Rave though (page 47-2) the torque for this nut is 350Nm or 258ft lbs. Is that right? If so, what does everyone use to undo the old nut?
And how do you re-torque the new one later on? My torque wrench won't go anywhere near as high as 350Nm.

Pic below borrowed from Jules (link above).
