Default the new metal master cylinder

dont start contacting me just yet but the new metal master is here and going on trial from this weekend

it hopefully will make changing the master easier and it will not need any pipe work changing as it has been made to fit the original pipe

it is a brand new design and i can,t tell you where from but i hope to put master cylinder failure to bed once and for all

i will make regular reports and when i am satisfied its all good i will then put them up for sale

this has taken a long time to sort out and i just hope it works

please dont ask me for any more details at the moment i need to trial it

Nice one!

Did you modify the reservoir angle as well or does the cap still sit tight against the foam padding on the bulkhead?

EDIT:

Well done Andy looks good , shame mine couldn't have held out a little longer ,would have saved me faffing around bending copper pipe fitting an item that is meant for a left hand drive.

An all metal pedal connector - at last.
Looks very nice.

Is there a slave in the offing?

With those looks, it will be wasted hidden under ones foot.

It deseves to be on a Harley V-Rod in full view.

Looking forward to the updates.

Hi Andy - Will you be fitting these (in the future?)

I have a weeping master cylinder which I can top up... but this is on my 'to do list'...

Having an expert doing the Job would be appreciated.

Whilst I would be up in Doncaster, it would make sense to also get a 160 remap from Brian or Russ... with a night in a premier grimm or travel splodge in between - Road trip! need to start saving!!!
