Not to sure what you mean, this is the hoses that sit on top of the manifold where the T piece gets brittle and breaks.

so its one T? On the top of the engine there is the wider one and a narrower pipe set too

If its both sets of pipe its a yes; if just the normal one that fails then no

Yes its just the hose attached to the T piece.
