Good afternoon Rashi, and welcome to the LCOZ! Glad you enjoyed your break! Have you any pictures of the scenery there?

Hi Steve, sorry you've got a cold; lots of it going around at the moment isn't there... Ill tell you what, the Kedgeree I had yesterday always seems to crush any colds before they take hold; I'll post the recipe later if you want! are you off today?

Sometimes when you are ill if you can do something you enjoy you end up feeling much better.

Probably too large for the gallery or attachments here.

Try something like photobucket instead.

Have a look here - http://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/foru...d.php?t=142027 - it might help

Hi Jeff, just popped in after reading the big thread about the function/malfunction of the diesel thermostats. I suspect scientists 'ere still have a way to go with that one. Jeff you might like to know your car has been featured on the front page of the web site today and very nice it looks

FAO Steve; Kedgeree:

Ingredients, two eggs, Smoked Haddock/ Cod, Smoked Mackerel, 2 Onions, Loads of crushed Garlic, 10 Cardamom seeds, 10 Cloves, Half TSP Turmeric. Best use Vegetable oil; I did try olive oil once but according to my mother it boils too hot...

Wrap fish in foil, in a preheated oven for 20 mins @ 200 degrees C.

Cook Basmati rice,

Boil eggs,

Fry onions until soft, but not Brown, add cloves, cardamom seeds and cinnamon stick and leave for 2mins, then add half TSP of turmeric and crushed garlic,
Stir round, add rice- should go yellow- then add fish and eggs!
