I've just taken some painkillers Phil so hopefully they will start working soon. It's my own fault, I must have had my arm under my pillow and tried to roll over

Looks like I'm not the only person awake at silly o clock, how are you feeling now Phil

You are not the only one Woke up some 5-6 weeks ago with chronic pain in my left shoulder, (Did nothing more than normal the day before). After 3 weeks went to the Doc, went for an X-Ray. Seems I simply slept awkwardly and damaged a nerve between C2 & 4 in the spine (Neck). Nothing can be done except rest and pain killers when needed Only in the last few days have I come off the pain killers. Luckily (if you can believe that) I was made redundant just before this happened. I have heard that people who suffer the same have had the symptoms for some 3 months or more

Twilight sings a song
All the happiness that used to be

Soon my eyes will close
Soon I'll find repose
And in dreams, you're always near to me

I'll see you in my dreams
And then I'll hold you in my dreams

Good morning Steve, how does your new laptop compare to what you had before? I managed to send 150GB of home movies to the cloud this week and a couple of days ago installed 8GB of RAM to keep this one going on a bit longer It will be a weight lightened, when the plaster comes off

Andrew I am sorry to hear about your bad shoulder coming so close to you being made redundant.

Arthritis for me I'm afraid, painkillers and not sleeping with my fat head on my arm are usually enough to stop it hurting

It is easily done Tony, sleeping awkwardly. I had 3 hours sleep, kept awake by the usual. The previous night I slept for 9 hours straight through and if I keep busy today and not have an afternoon nap, I should have a better one tonight I hope your shoulder settles down soon.
