Morning all, bit of a mixed bag up here.. Blue sky's one moment, just sat down in garden to have breakfast and it started to rain

I am under no illusions that it will initially be a bumpy road ahead but the British spirit and steely determination will see us through, have faith you doubter's

To be honest I was surprised when I saw the news this morning, close vote though. Poor turnout though for such an important vote.
Does this mean we get the MG6 back & all the other good cars they banned because of emissions!
Is the premier league going to look like the Division 1 now that all the EU foreign players will be banned from playing in the UK!! Loads o stuff to think about.

Good morning from a sunny Norwich.

Bit of an entertaining evening with the torrential rain the road flooded and rose up to a foot in front garden have a long slope away fro front door so was ok
but further down the road there drives go the other way poor people had water going through their houses.
Along with other neighbours with what ever was available sweeping a bailing out the water. Cars could just get through in the middle of the road.
Then some idiot in a Volvo came charging through at great speed causing a massive bow wave soaking people on the way. He got his come uppence when he got to a chap who was desperately sweeping the water away from house he
was so annoyed he swung his broom and caved in HER wind screen.
The fire brigade were soon on the scene pumping out the water, then we had a power cut

Good job its SUMMER.

Blimey Freddie! You guys are getting a real soaking down there. It's a total nightmare when the flood water gets into the house, I have every sympathy with those people.

Morning Ian next door neighbour had taken his old brick wall down a week ago and dug a trench for new footings so no barrier from the flooded road as the cars went passed the waves came his garden filled up the trench then garden ran into mine then out my drive way like a river .
