Morning, dry but a wee bit cool and breezy here.

I've got an old exercise bike in the garage, considering "recommissioning" it, not sure where I could put it though. Could stay in the garage but would need to move a set of wheels to get at it, not sure if I'm up to that yet

Go on get it out and go to the paper shop, mind you, you won't get very far, but the thought was there.

Glad to hear Steve that you passed the cardiac stress test with flying colours and that the repairs have been successful. Were you referred to a cardiac exercise group?

Hi Phil, yes I was. There's one not that far away, start at the end of the month.

I'm fine Derek, they're happy with the cardiac side of things and the sugar level is well under control, maintaining it at a more or less normal level.
