Van is knackered, electrical fault no power to ecu. Either glow plug relay,e c u relay, or e c u itself,AA diagnostic machine couldn't communicate with E C U. Got to try 2nd hand relays first, if that doesn't work then it has to go to Citroen for diagnostic test. That will be costly too
