Afternoon. I was around this morning but had email problems, had to re-enter my password, fine if you can remember it! Had to change my password and, for some reason, that always causes problems with the email on the phone, it doesn't recognise the new password and you end up deleting and reinstalling the email account. Sorted after much muttering and cursing

I've just tried it out on the car & it feels very sturdy & up to the job.

I once shattered one of those Ian, trying to undo wheel nuts that some gorilla had tightened with an windy impact wrench at a tyre fitters
I must admit, I was jumping up and down on it like a fool when it went
Bought another and keep it in the car, they're good for properly torqued nuts

Yes I can imagine Paul, The first time I took the rear wheel off my Chevy I snapped two of the studs, I had a short length of scaffold tube on them to undo them I had to wait over a week til the new studs came from the states. This is going to live in the car, I don't want to rely on the original one anymore.

Hi Steve I can quite understand the predicament that you find yourself in all this technology is far beyond me

What is the typical used value of a caravan? Alison spotted a Bucanneer Caribbean...

Anywhere between £500 and £20,000+ depending on how old it is
Mind you, whatever Alison's good points - I doubt she'd be too happy towing one.
Are you sure it's a caravan - and not a pirate from the West Indies - he'd be a Caribbean Bucanneer

I'm OK with technology (up to a point) but its happened a couple of times with this phone, change the email password and have to end up deleting and reinstalling the email account on the phone

Been toolmaking most of the afternoon, well, toolpainting! I ordered a set of etched brass tools in 1/32 hoping to be able to use a few in the planned 1/24 diorama. All I can say is they're big for 1/32, can use the majority of them, even the two tool trays don't look too small once assembled.

Between these and the few tools that came with the rally pit crew I'm going to modify as ground crew I'm sorted.
