Why?? Do people advertise their vehicle for sale with'"call anytime" telephone number,and then not answer when someone calls?

Have been watching a van on eBay, trade seller, just what I want, sent eBay message yesterday, text and email today, followed by a call to both phone numbers, no reply to any.
if they're closed today, why not just advertise the fact, and I will move on to someone else.?
