Morning chaps, It's dry her but I suppose it's only a matter of time before the first droplets of rain arrive. It won't be long before I'll be putting away the garden furniture in the shed ready for the onslaught of winter, We've hardly sat on it this summer

Summers are certainly not what they was in my youth.

Too true - we haven't had the bbq or the garden table and chairs out for two years now. I know the memory plays tricks as you get older - but like you, I seem to recall sunnier times.
