Good morning Derek, life goes on as they say. A heavy mist here but once the sun burns through it should be another hot day.

Good morning all, A tad cooler & cloudier than late, no sign of the heavy rain yet that's been forecast.

Good morning Derek, I'm trying to drum up interest in cooking some breakfast, they don't seem to taste the same in this hot weather.

2 pints chicken stock
Cook chicken until browned,(fry), add onion and garlic and cook until garlic is golden , add chillies and fry for about 4 mins, add rice and stir fry for 2 mins, add stock a bit at a time, stirring all the time, once rice has absorbed the liquid ,add more, do this until the rice is soft, will take about 25 mins. While cooking the rice, boil broccoli for about 4/5 mins until soft. Once rice has absorbed all the liquid, add broccoli and a knob of butter, stir until butter is melted, serve with black pepper.

Sounds good Rich, Pretty much the same way I do mine minus the hot chillies A good chicken stock makes all the difference.
