Hi John.
Sorry for jumping on this thread but could you share with us the nature of the issue, how it was reported and how long it took to resolve.
I'm sure with the ongoing situation with Sean any feedback that the moderators can use would be useful and that includes people with issues and those that have had good service.

Maybe that should be shared directly with the moderators and not in open forum? Only saying as there seems to be a lot of mud slinging going on on another thread.

Its not mud slinging at all, it is all facts. So in retrospect we can see the odd person with no issues and the major issue of goods not delivered and issues that a pretty well major.
Its all very well fixing easy problems but the major issues still go on and on.

Disagree. I would say there are far more satisfied customers than not. That does not of course exonerate Radioguy from responsibility where things could have been handled better. Having said that I shall not be continuing this dialogue as there is already one going on the subject. Also respect to jordonwar for sharing what his experience was. My opinion is that this will not be resolved in open forum.

I agree I have been more than satisfied with past dealings with Sean, they are people who are more than determined to carry on with this issue and bring him down, Sean if you get to read this, get your act together and deal with it before it escalates any further.

Reebs perhaps you could comment on the other thread how your dialogue with Sean, this praised trader is progressing as members are out of pocket from this trusted trader. I will not comment further on this thread and I dont think the other thread was to criticise but to get answers you may be able to provide from your behind the scene discussions.
