Is that the type that gets it supply from thermal conversion from the skull to electricity?
I also like the directional aerial and the final PA stage that is finely tuned to the antenna.
I'd suspect at least a 10 mile range for the remote with that baby. Next is to increase the brightness of the indicators so you can see them flash at that range.

I now have a range of 25 miles by boosting the output of the signal generator in the remote . . . . portability could be a problem though.

You could always tow it on a trailer behind the car.

Every rover lover has some Lucas wiring in their head thats why it works. Only works on British cars for that reason.
