Panrock
I've been informed my friend Steve Ostler has passed away, Steve has been a member here for many years and is well known for his quality vintage radio and TV restorations, his company Radiocraft has been closed for some time.
RIP Steve you'll be greatly missed.

Hi Chaps.
See this thread where a mate of mine is replying as I'm not on it https://www.vintage-radio.net/forum/...16#post1016416 I'm hoping that it is wrong and Steve is OK, I am though annoyed if the info is wrong and the person gets a telling off. Paul (Reebs) perhaps restore the banner until we know for sure. Sorry chaps.

Thanks Paul.
I find it all very embarrassing.

Really hoping this is all a mistake .
I've met Steve a number of times. Bought one of his Retrovisor sets when he first started making them and it's still going strong to this day. Some while later, Steve did a full restoration on a Bush TV1 for me, including re-building the line output transformer by hand. Hope you're able to provide a happy ending Trevor - fingers crossed. Cliff

Hi.
It is a mistake and Steve has replied on the forum where it originated from, you'll see it in the link on post five. Sorry to all for this, I too took it in good faith.
