So...

I guess all the ranting has been done, but I have a problem:

I ordered two complete sets of led rings months ago, and so much time has passed that I've moved house!

If they ever do get shipped, they're going to go to the wrong address and I won't be able to retrieve them, so what are my options for communicating my new address to Sean?

If he's not responding to any comms, then I'm stuck.

The website he was selling them on (75andZT.com) is still up and offering items for sale.
Is that his site or was he just selling stuff on there as a 3rd party?
Because that's where I bought them, and that's where Trading Standards and small claims are going to be directed at some point.

Any ideas?

Another question.

Who is Tony Fry? Because that is actually the person that has my money.

Is this the Tony Fry that lives in Clacton-on-Sea, whose house is pinpointed on google maps via the 75andzt.com website?

I paid via Paypal using my credit card, so a double whammy of protection, but I don't want my money back, I want my NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD- led rings!!

I can't believe the cheek of Sean, ignoring everyone, but still sending out emails for special offers etc.

I too am avaiting LED rings. I've sent him emails and only got one reply on the 22nd of december, no news since.

I don't know what we can do except run his name into the ground, Canada is a long way away.

Pete.

Clacton-on-Sea isn't.

I can get my money back if I have to, but I feel sorry for those that were trusting enough to do a direct bank transfer.

If you paid by Paypal, you'll see that the recipient was Tony Fry, not Sean, so any payments recalled by Paypal will come out of Tony's account, which means he'll have to add himself to the list of those chasing Sean for money!

Clacton on sea is where "coolcat" was working, it was he who had the stock and shipped everything to Seans customers. "coolcat" no longer does this, and I think he has even moved on, changed jobs, premises etc.

The connection to Clacton on Sea is no longer.
Jeff used to act as an agent and do installations and repairs n behalf of Sean, but he has mow changed his job completely, and is no longer connected to Sean in a business way. Tony Fry is not Jeff, for anyone who may think so.

As above, Jeff had the chance of an ideal change of employment, plus the shop owner was planning on retiring and put it up for sale, so Jeff moved on.

Tony had/ has a separate account the payments go into for Seans goods and assume he sends it over to Sean as and when.

Steve.

So surely the gripe has to be with Tony Fry as its him you have paid.
So does Sean actually exist or am I being suspicious? Also is there a link between Tony & the old shop in Clacton? Somehow I'd say yes as both are in the same area.
Needs clarification I think.
