If he's not responding to any comms, then I'm stuck.

The website he was selling them on (75andZT.com) is still up and offering items for sale.
Is that his site or was he just selling stuff on there as a 3rd party?
Because that's where I bought them, and that's where Trading Standards and small claims are going to be directed at some point.

Any ideas?

If the shop is now no longer involved at all Richard then all concerned, Jeff, Tony, Sean, and the shop owner should have had another importer to take over the work. Radioguy is/was trading on other clubs and forums, BMW I believe, so what's happening to customers there?
I know that its totally out of control of the club here now and what the moderators have decided is absolutely correct but those who have or had links with Radioguy should perhaps try to help out those here who have lost out. Perhaps as an intermediary.

Did you get the answers you hoped for?
He must have been working night shift too. Pity you can't interrogate the IP address of the email and check where it originated from.

He said he is going to refund me, later on today.

I was waiting for the LED rings, that he has never received, but paid for.

I'll let you know if I get refunded.

Pete.

Here is a reply i had from Sean. Just to help out other members on here. As i said before i have no intentions to post on here anymore. I will update this thread and a show one i am helping to run as i have started them, after that i am away.

Here is the reply i had. I am now being told the lights will arrive in the UK on the 21st. We will see.

No It means they Land in the UK . There is still UK Customs and local delivery , which once cleared , taxes paid etc they are usually only a day or 2 to us. I am all prepared to send , Including shipping labeks so once they land I will produce the paper work within a few hours and then off they go to you

Ill not be doing these group buys anymore . They destroy my life ! Ill be just selling at regular prices. My efforts are to make these products affordable for more because the normal pricing is about £250 with shipping and taxes etc . Same with the steering wheels. they go for £400-500 Quid , I managed to get a batch and sell to the car owners for £97 but so many variables . I bought and paid for them in Novemeber
And they are just arriving !

I am done with it. To be honest. My interst has always not only to profit but to mhelp the car owners

All of these products I sourced through my contacts about 6-7 years ago at the requests of Head uit customers.

I appreciate your patience , I know you are in a pickle there ...............Ill get them out the moment they hit , You WIKLL be # 1 out the door

Sean

Good.
looks like some movement is happening at last.
So perhaps just wait and see what transpires.
Fingers crossed from me.

Post220 by an interested spectator pulled in by all the fuss and bother.--

It looks like, by the end of FEB 2018, ALL issues will be resolved and all the combatants happy.

I really, really hope so.---

I was so tempted many months ago by those rear lights. I liked them very much and ALMOST ordered some. Hey Ho.
