Smallest size of nappy fits them fine, just remember to cut a slit for the tail!

Just let the girls out for a pee, got a little visitor on the bird feeder.

Shouldn't laugh, but Poppy really does look sorry for herself. Hope she's getting extra treats, and will be getting extra cuddles once she's well enough. She looks like she deserves them

Lovely and quiet - car parks nigh on empty, very few people in Morrisons - ideal. 10 minutes later, you'd have thought a dozen double decker buses had disgorged their passengers directly into the shopping aisles. When we got outside eventually, via enormous queues at the checkouts, the car park was a hoot. There were so many cars haphazardly sitting in the middle of the car parks, waiting for a vacant slot, that you couldn't get your vehicle out for them.
On to Boots - to pick up a prescription ordered on-line on Monday. 11 customers in the queue. ONE member of staff at the counter - and he was searching for a 'lost' prescription. Fifteen minutes later - I'm out and we're on our rounds again - Aldi this time. Car park heaving - had to park in the farthest corner. Wanted some cash - but Aldi's cash machine wasn't working. After a quick sarnie at home - we're off to Asda to see if I can get a "George at Asda" suit for the daughter's wedding in May. No chance - they had five suit jackets in the right colour and size - but when it came to trousers, the ONLY pair in the right colour were a 44" waist, with an extra short leg ?!?! - what shape do you have to be to fit into them
The final insult - went to get some cash out of a hole in the wall dispenser at Asda - accidentally put my credit card in instead of my debit card - so that's cost me £2.99, plus some interest, for withdrawing cash on a credit card.

Think I'll go and sit in a quiet corner and sulk for the rest of the day
With a large bottle of Henry Weeton’s cider for company.

Good night everyone!
What an addictive forum it is...
But very useful in both directions - 75`s and the English language.
Yesterday I hitchhiked two Czechs from Sofia to Borovets - hour & a half conversation in the car.
One asked me where I learned to speak English so well and when answered /self educated with only writing experience in this forum and very rare with foreign customers/ there were eyes like planets on his face...
Thank You!

Ps: Greeting

Good morning Hristo, it is useful to speak other languages, even sign language. I speak some Swahili, French, German and Spanish. I tried Arabic but couldn’t master it. One the tests here if confronted by a terrorist is to be able to recite the name of the prophets Mother in Jihadi and to be able to say “God is Great”, that one comes up quite often. I can say it.

I was in St Petersburg in Russia on a work trip, but did not have to talk in Russian as English was widely spoken. I have to say, I found the Russian people to be friendly. The taxi driver assigned to look after me, took me to his home. I met his family, ate Caviar and drank Vodka
What are you planning this weekend?
