He's definitely off my Xmas card list Andy

It sounds like snobbery, but isn't - he rents the house, takes no pride or interest in it (like parking his mates' cars on the front lawn when it's sopping wet and turning it into a quagmire; lets his dog do its business all over his rear patio and hoses it down once in a blue moon; drives his Honda Civic Type R like a lunatic, flooring the throttle and wakening everyone up as he goes to work at 6.15am - it's got an exhaust the size of a dustbin and is really noisy; when his mates are round, they love to stand in his garage conversing with f--- and c--- words in very sentence).
Sorry - grumpy old man is in grumpy mode today

That's grim when your stuck with neighbours like that Rod you have my full sympathy mate, we were lucky enough to get rid of our lousy neighbours from hell last year as he moved out.

He left that beautiful house & gardens in a right poor state from what it was, he was in the building trade & brought all the building spoil back home in the van & dumped it in the landscaped gardens. What a sight.

I hope you can get the same result and he moves out.

I ordered some cheap 3D glasses the other day off the Bay & they arrived this morning. I've never seen 3D films or owt so I went to look at some 3D type videos on youtube to see how they are.
It's all new to me as I must have been under a rock not to look into this stuff.

Holy Moly! what an incredible video, if you have a pair of these 3D glasses have a shuffty at this video.

Thanks Ian. It's particularly galling as the previous occupant was a smashing bloke (he actually worked for me for 5 years as a sales rep.). The only fault he had was that he was a committed christian who spent ages at his front door having theological discussions with visiting Jehovah's Witnesses
Unfortunately, his wife left him for another man and he had to sell the house (dirt cheap) to a buy-to-let chappie.
