Good morning Phil, yeah looking good for the weekend, I'm off out to the vets with the kittens a little later (who are growing bigger by the day) for some more vaccinations.

My birthday is on 3rd of June and I told Jessica I want to go somewhere warm and sunny for it. We will be heading out into the desert for a safari. I checked the long term forecast for Lincoln and it said it is not going to get pass 20C until August, but it’s going to warm up in Devon and Cornwall Commiserations to the Lincolnshire fraternity Hopefully those weather bods are wrong about Lincoln a beautiful and historical city ....
Sounds good to me Phil - I'll be in Cornwall in the caravan for the first two weeks in June

It's finally brightened up here, I've been to Aldi for a new supply of breakfast goodies and bread, still no sign of Guinness & Leek bangers though

Yeah been to the two local Aldi's and no luck. I'll make do with the bratwurst I bought instead
It's gone dark & cool again here, Cardy back on. Smoked haddock & herby wedgies for tea.

Just had a conversation with g/daughter.
"Why are you not in Uni today"
" I'm on holidays"
"You can't be still on Easter holidays."
"No i'm off till September"
"That's 5 months of holidays."
"Yes"
"Surely the teachers are not on full pay for 5 months."
"I don't know."
"I DON'T BELIEVE IT."

My daughter is finished too, came home Tuesday night, on 5 week placement from next week, then finished until end of September. Hopefully she will get a holiday job with Clarks shoes, she has worked for them last summer, and at Christmas, they have said she can come back this summer if she wants too.
