Yesterday travelled from Strasbourg to Basel, then another train to a place called Interlaken, the a local train to Winderswill , in Switzerland.
Today went back to Interlaken and took a boat trip on one of their lakes took three hours of glorious scenery and total relaxation. Weather so far has been exceptional.
Came back to the hotel and downed a pint of their local brew, now going for a shower and and a lie down,

When we took Maya to the vet for her inoculations etc we got the "puppy pack" which included a free bag of food. She loves the food but its nearly finished so I asked how much it is . . . . seventeen quid for a 1.5 kilo bag

I've hunted the net and the cheapest I can find it is fourteen quid, even at that! Need to find an alternative that isn't going to upset her belly.

Morning all, the sky is blue & the sun is already up here.

What a night, our daughter was called out by the stable owner at 1:00am were she stables her horse, a gang of teenagers (mostly girls ) had broken into the tack room and stole bridles & saddles and were riding horses across the fields in the pitch black for heavens sake.

when the stable owner & my daughter showed up they scarpered, they found one horse dead through exhaustion & another sweated up & shaking It just beggars belief what these morons do.

Morning Freddie, Her horse was OK but the people who owned the other horses are really upset. they have no respect for anyone or anything, there's nothing safe these days.

And if they caught the culprits they would just get a slap on the wrist.

Morning Bob, yeah you're right, Not much of a police presence anymore they know they can get away with anything nowadays without being caught.

these people are around 14/15 years old where the heck do their parents think they are at 2:00am in the morning!!!

Good luck with the packing/moving It must be a stressful time moving lock stock & barrel to the other side of the country.
