Evening all. It's gone very dark here and the breeze has picked up, We're in for a thunderstorm soon. The Beebs weather site forecast for it to arrive around 8:00pm.

Hope it clears this muggy air.

I’m in Kafisia, Athens at mo, we had the mother of all storms this afternoon, I feel sorry for the Athenians, fires at the beginning of the week, I’ve attached a photo of the smoke from Rafina, then flooding today.

Its hellish here now, 'orrible and sticky. Just been watering the garden, felt like turning the hose on myself! I hope the thunder hits here but according to the forecast its supposed to come up the east coast and carry on north, east of here, actually out at sea.

Shocking photos of the smoke. We saw the devastation on the news and our hearts go out to those affected by the tragedy. Nigel, are you in Greece on holiday or is it work related?
