I’ve only just seen this threads. Trevor, I’m terribly sorry to hear this. I just hope she recovers as best as possible...it’s a horrible disease.

I’ve met Trevor and Anne a few times and there lovely feel really sorry for him and the family at this difficult time.

Hello.

I'm afraid that poor Anne has passed away. She died in the early hours of the morning. She was getting worse on Friday afternoon quite quickly, her breathing had got shallow, eyes couldn't focus and there was no urine flow, she didn't even eat. The evening and around midnight saw her pain level go up but I managed to administer morphine.

It is a very sad loss to us all Anne was a lovely person, kind and caring, never swore and always cheerful, sitting here this evening on the laptop without her is awful, the room is so empty and quiet even with the TV on.

May I please say thank you to all that have been so kind on the thread and by PM.

I think it may take a very long time to adjust as we were together for over 30 years.

Rest in Peace my Darling.

I am so saddened to read this, I didn't think it would be so quick. My heart goes out to you Trevor,, at least you were able to be with her for her final hours, and she can rest peacefully knowing you were with her, she is out of pain now and watching over you.
