New front subframe
I've read on Rimmers that the new front subframes that are currently available (KGB000311, in my case) are a little different than those on the earlier or mark 1 cars. Apparently, a different power steering hose is required.. Part no. QEH000960 (which is no longer available).
So, is it just a matter of sourcing a decent second hand power steering hose from a later car, and everything else will fit ok? (Running a 1.8T auto if that makes any difference). Cheers, Karl. |

Just find a company that does copies. I have for various pipes . Had one made to a better standard for my power washer when that pipe developed a split in it.
