Default what is the point of life?

How on earth does one answer that? I understand that there are things that make up the food chain, microscopic sea life eaten by bigger sea life which is eaten by bigger sea life which ......

what is the point of human life?

In fact, what is the point of life?

Maybe mother nature is searching for something but I'm pretty confident it isn't human beings

It depends if you are religious or not. Religious people think that life is part of a journey. Others like me,who are non believers, think we are just the same as any other living thing including plants. We have evolved with a superior brain (which could be disputed in some cases) than the other living things.
To me there is no purpose,we are here because 2 microbes got together billions of years ago.
Now for the rest of the evening i am going to be in black thoughts.

Maybe we're part of some alien's experiment......

And they're seeing how long it takes before "we" destroy ourselves and/or the planet....

Ian - you have too much time on your hands and need to find something useful to do with it.
