Buddy, there were different bikes from all over and the continent for an ACE Reunion weekend, but not many biker chicks to be seen. Nice folks to be with, as they were happy to let the Rover 75 in with Ed and myself

I shall have to get there one day, it’s one on my to do list, been biking most of my life and not managed to get there yet.

Probably something to do with wanting a proper caff racer to turn up on!

I never got into biking myself Andy, as mum and dad said it was dangerous and steered me away. The ACE is about 5 miles away from where we are and I am there again next Wednesday. Opposite the cafe is a little green behind the fence, where the bikers tents and side cars were camped up for the weekend. We were invited to stay for the night. The ACE crew are a friendly bunch and you’d be made to feel at home. The cafe is a lovely retro garage building from the 1930s

Good morning John and Jan, meeting up with you made the day and seeing the old cars and our friends made everything worthwhile. We had lunch with Julien and Dawn at the museum cafe. A lovely country setting and the rain, the less said about that, the better. Lots of car talk We are looking forward to seeing you again.

Have a beautiful day, we send you our love.
