Default Help refitting Drivers door card

I am struggling to refit the drivers door card. There is an How To but the pictures are missing.

I'm stuck getting the card on the "hooks" at the very top at the window rubber.

Before frustrations take over and I cause damage, how the heck do you mount the card on these "hooks"?

I've done that job twice. The first time it just fell back on. The next car that I tackled was a real pain in the rear. I think that some of the drop in section had got twisted taking it off. Once I got the angle of the card right, it slipped straight in. I must have been jammy the first time. Try varying the angle of dangle if you'll pardon the expression!

I find that it all goes on so much easier if you take out the plastic bit in the middle that comes out with the door card and pop that into the door first.
